   Re (a), there may be problems due duplicate \windows folders.  Suggest   
   you look for a boot manager program.  Why must you run both W95 and   
   W98?   
      
   Re (b), you need to reload the drivers specific for your video card.   
   At the moment, W95 is running with the default version giving you 16   
   colors.
