   Hi;   
   After replacing the CMOS battery you of course REdetected everything,   
   switched OFF unneeded items and REset your valid "stuff" properly including   
   the "use AGP or PCI video channel 1st"?   
   Main cause following Batt.switch is the AGP-PCI toggle.
