   help, I cant seem to be able to launch a browser window like when I click on   
   a link in outlook express for example. it says I dont have a properly   
   configured browser or something. I tried making opera default browser to no   
   avail and tried mozilla firebird and making that default with no luck   
   (I removed msie with ieradicator) but seem to lost the associations when I   
   click on a link in an external program, how do I get them back?
