Windows 98 and Language Options?

   Is there a way to have Windows 98 switch languages on the fly, or with   
   a reboot?  I remember seeing somewhere a little icon in the tray next   
   to the clock when the language code, and being able to switch it.  Was   
   that on Windows 2000?  Can I do it on Windows 98?  Thanks!   Its been   
   a while since I used 98.
