   It may well depend on a couple of factors:   
      
   What revision of 95 have you got ? (one of the later OEM-only versions   
   was the only one that supported USB IIRC)   
      
   Even if the OS *has* got USB support, you may find that the drivers   
   refuse to install on anything less than 98SE.
