   Hi there,   
      
   It's been a long time since I have dealt with w95. A little old lady at the   
   church asked me   
   why her Recycle Bin was backwards. I pictured it being a mirror image, but   
   that's what I get   
   for thinking. She meant, why was it showing full, when it was in fact empty,   
   and vise-versa.   
   Well, needless to say, I didn't have a good explanation. She actually brought   
   the box to   
   church; got someone to load it in the car, and I brought it in the church, and   
   that's when I   
   discovered it was as I explained.   
      
   My question is how do I get it corrected? I looked briefly in the help files   
   (knowing it   
   wouldn't be there), and I did a couple of Google searches and "no joy". I very   
   much would   
   appreciate someone taking the time to explain, where I can get her calmed down.
