   You may be able to get this from the manufacturer (Dell, Gateway, whatever)   
   or from Microsoft Tech Support (works best if you registered your Windows   
   95).  If the computer is running (even with a floppy boot) and has not been   
   formatted you may be able to extract the information from the Registry.
