   You need a floppy startup disk with the CD-ROM drivers on it.  Go to   
   www.bootdisk.com and download teh file image for a complete startup   
   disk.  Use the one for Win98 as it has CD-ROM drivers included.  Note   
   that the CD-ROM drive will be R: when you boot with that floppy.  Once   
   Win95 is installed, things should go back to normal.
