When you say "it faisl to start os", what do you mean? Does the PC
   get to showing something like
   A:>
   on the screen?

If so, the os is working.

Are you sure? Have you looked at the CD using Win Explorer on another
PC? setup.exe files should be in the root directory and in the \win95
   folder.

With that floppy you made from bootdisk.com, when you get the A:>
prompt you have to give instructions to start the setup program (which
is a little different to the Windows boot up floppy). At the A:
   prompt, enter
   R:\setup

Let us know what happens. R: should be the letter for the CD drive
   when using the bootdisk.com floppy
