   Which version of Windows are you using?  You mention 98SE and have XP   
   Home in your list, and you are on the 95 board (grin).   
      
   Does your system have a LAN card - the missing files relate to   
   networking.  If yes, have you installed the drivers for the LAN card.   
   And have you installed all other drivers for the motherboard?
