   Its late here in Massachusettes so if this makes sense then great, here

   Friend of my girlfriends has been ripped by a work college for a Packard   
   Bell with no restore disk.   
      
   Packard Bell R515 Mulitmedia   
      
   I tried to load win98se but the sys came to a halt after 22% with an error   
   message   
      
   Error #65   
   D:\win98\msexcl40.dll   
   C:\Windows\system\msexcl40.dll=msexcl40.dll   
      
   I did a full format on the drive prior to the intallation.   
      
   What I have here is a Desktop System thats about 6-7 years old   
   P200MMX   
      
      
   If anyone has any answers thanks up front,
