   First, enter   
   dir   
   at the prompt to see what files are loaded an dhow much space is still   
   available.   
      
   You need about 500,000,000 space if you are going to install Windows   
   and some(few) WIndows applications.  For moving files to he laptopt,   
   you should check that USB is available - I somehow doubt that DOS will   
   have the USB port working.   
      
   So tell us more about the laptop and then someone may be able to help   
   you load Windows.
