   presume it has something to do with Windows UPdate, or the scheduler for   
   Windows   
   update.  It's probably not needed, if you remember to do your Windows Updates   
   (for patches and so on) manually, on a regular basis).   
      
   Funny, though....I'm using Windows ME, but have windows update do the automatic   
   downloads - but I don't see a similar thing in the ctrl-alt-del box.
