   I'm not sure, off the top of my head, which version of 98 they have.  I   
   think it had Windows98 Release 2 or something on it?   
      
   Part of the problem of keeping 95 is the fact that very little new software   
   works with it - but if you say you can install 95 over itself, then I think   
   we will go that route.   
      
   If I understand correctly then, we can simply put the original 95 disk in   
   and run install (or whatever it uses for reinstalling?)  Is that correct?   
      
   We have done a backup of critical documents, etc.   
      
   This is the original disk so I'm assuming we shouldn't hit any major   
   problems?  They did have a new hard drive put in at some stage - a long   
   while ago - but assume the original 95 software was put on.   
      
   What else would cause this problem?  I guess it's liking looking for a   
   needle in a haystack!
