   Philip couldn't have worked on a Windows 95 system prior to his retirement in   
   1993 as   
   it hadn't even been announced, never mind released in beta form. Chicago wasn't   
   announced until mid 1993 and Chicago beta-1 didn't arrive until 1994.   
      
   So even if Philip managed to get his hands on some early alpha code during   
   1993, it's   
   difficult to imagine what he was owrking (sic) on. There were certainly no   
   Windows 95   
   systems, even in beta form, prior to his retirement in 1993.
