   It didn't. FAT32 debuted with OEM SR2 (Win95b). That was an OEM   
   release only, there was no (official) way to upgrade an original Win95   
   or Win95a system to Win95b. Various people - Sean Erwin comes to mind   
   - posted workarounds to that.
