   Well ... Sure.   
   Wouldn't make much sense to upgrade after you die ... Unless MS has made   
   inroads of the pearly gates.   
      
   I actually have an old P2 333 that my 9 year old twin daughters use, but I'm   
   going to put 98 on there as alot of games/apps refuse to run on 95.   
   If it wasn't for that aspect I'd be perfectly willing to leave it as is.
