   Hi,   
   When I install certain games on my laptop running win95, they will only   
   display in a window with a black border and I cannot make them fill the   
   entire monitor screen.   
   I have played with the resolution settings and that doesn't help.   
   I was told that if I can adjust the appearance of the windows95 start up   
   splash screen which is also in a bordered window, this might help.   
   can anyone advise me on this please.
