   My wife has an older IBM with Windows 95.   
   Our grandson attempted to install programs   
   over the week end and really screwed things up.   
      
   When she attempts to open her programs, she gets   
   this error message ; COMDLG32.DLL  "File cannot start. Check the file to   
   determine the problem."   
      
      
   This also happens when we tried to install a registry   
   fix program and another program.   
      
   I done a file find and COMDLG32.DLL is still there.
