   Are you using DHCP or static addresses?   If you are using DHCP,   
   remember, only one of the boxes should have Internet Connection Sharing   
   enabled - this box acts as the DHCP host.  If both have it enabled,  you   
   will have a conflict with two hosts trying to run things.
