   I have a Zune music-video player and it requires SP2 to install. When   
   I tried to install SP2 on my Windows XP Media Center 2002  it (SP2)   
   crashes during the cleaning up its file phase. It appears that SP2 got   
   installed. However, when I try to install the Zune installation   
   package it doesn't detect that Windows SP2 is installed.   
      
   Is there something wrong with Zune Installation software?   
      
   Please help me.
