   Ran the upgrade to Win XP from 98SE. Several issues arose, the most major   
   has stopped my ability to "right click" on my desktop...Do so and the   
   desktop completely refreshes itself! Icons momentarily disappear and in the   
   process any previously open progs close!!! WTF!?!?!
