   Every time I boot my machine I get the following error message:   
      
   "Warning, your computer is at risk !  Press the balloon to activate   
   Windows Updates."   
      
   I do not want automatic updates.  How do I get rid of this message ?   
      
   I am reasonably sure there is something in the registry, that if I   
   delete it or modify it the message will go away.   
      
   Suggestions/ideas ?
