   Reinstall your mother board drivers pack.Should be on the mother board   
   drivers disk if you have one or will be downloadable from the mother   
   board maker's site or the mother board chip set maker's sites as well   
   e.g VIA/SIS/Intel/Nvidia   
      
   Then check that ALL your drives are in DMA mode as well.
