|    IE6 Problem    |

From: oldgrey@zero.net              In IE6 you are supposed to be able to change the home page that opens.       The method is tools, options etc. When you revised the home page       entry and click on apply it is supposed to change and stay changed. On       my laptop the change does not stay but reverts to the original entry.              I have even gone through the registry and manually made the changes       with regedit. This did not work and the original page appears when IE       opens. I then tried going through the registry with regedit and       deleted the four lines that were identified as the home page location.       When IE was opened again the original home page appeared.              Does anyone know what I need to do to make the new home page stay?              TIA              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
