   I am asking for a friend who has XP Home Edition on her computer at home,   
   and after I obtained the recovery disks from HP for the computer &   
   reinstalled the OS, within two weeks, the thing was full of spyware. Guess   
   why: adolescent boy in house, of course, target of all web-marketing   
   malicious, etc.   
      
   So, I don't know much about XP, but I do know that at home and at the   
   office, I keep systems clean by making everybody a restricted user. Is this   
   configuration available in XP Home, and how do I effect it?
