Keep getting DfrgNtfs.exe – Application

   Hi Group,   
      
   I'm using Windows XP Home edition on my Dell Laptop. I keep getting   
   this annoying error message popping up saying,   
      
   "DfrgNtfs.exe – Application Error"   
      
   I try running defragmenter and that comes up then as well, preventing   
   me from running it.   
      
      
   The full details are,   
   DfrgNtfs.exe – Application Error   
      
      
   ModVer 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00014917 AppVer: 5.1.2600.2180   
      
   The instruction at “0x01014b1b” referenced memory at “0x00000000”. The   
   memory could not be “written”.   
      
      
      
   Has anyone ever seen this before ?.   
      
   Any feedback would be most welcome.
