    Haggar says: It was on a fresh partition, formatted. After installing   
   the 40 pin cable, the machine got to the XP main screen, I clicked on the   
   "start" and it froze...then rebooted. Now it turns on, but I am not getting   
   any video on the screen although the light on the monitor is steady green.
