   I am running winxp sp 2 pro.  Explorer 6 and 7 hang the computer and   
   ctrl-alt-delete doesn't bring up the task manager and alt f4 fails to   
   close the window  Windows explorer is also hanging. The windows menu key   
   fails to bring up a menu.
