   256K RAM? You couldn't even get Windows 3.1 to run on that...

   Your computer should be able to handle video like that just fine. A problem   
   like that would be your internet connection... Data is not coming in fast   
   enough to keep up with the video progress. Either your connection speed is   
   pitiful, or something else is using up your bandwidth... Shut down   
   everything you don't need running... Instant Messengers, P2P, etc. Clean   
   as much out of your system tray as possible, that uses the internet   
   connection for anything, and see if that helps things out at all.   
      
   Not that this will likely help out your situation, but check how many   
   processes you have running in your Task Manager. With a 933MHz, there   
   shouldn't be much... I'd say a number over 25 is way too much for such a   
   slow chip and low memory...
