   Here's the answer   
      
   Its a problem with Office 2007. I spoke with Microsoft and the fix and   
   associated Knowledge Base number is below. They took over my machine (Easy   
   Assist) and installed the fix. I got free technical assistance since I noted   
   that Microsoft caused the problem, not me. It certainly doesn't hurt to ask   
   :)
