   Odd . . . I would think that if you went into the Control Panel>Windows   
   Firewall and just turn it off and install something like ZoneAlarm . . .   
      
   but if you need to screw up your computer more . . . you can access the   
   Group Policy Editor by clicking START>RUN and type gpedit.msc then click   
   enter or OK
