   Always remember - only download files from Trusted Sites.   
      
   Buy a router with a built-in firewall. Make sure you have plenty of   
   your favourite beverage on hand. Find installation disks that came with   
   your computer. Backup all important   
   files(documents,pics,bookmarks,etc.).   
   Format/install windows.
