From: nospam@azbusinessparners.com              Having a problem with ALL downloads started on my XP desktop hanging       after about .5meg has been received. Does not matter if I use Internet       Explorer, Firefox, or Itunes. Can restart and eventually complete with       IE, but not Firefox or Itunes. Think it has to do with a parameter in       the registry or a timeout at the cable company (Cox), but their tech       says their hubs are OK. No problem downloading with other PCs using the       same local wired IP router. Ran ping, Trace Route. Ping Plotter shows       20-40% failure rates at nodes 5-10 hops out that are not under the       control of my cable provider. Any thing I can look at to fix the problem?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
