   You may right-click on the "My Documents" link/symbol, and select "move"   
   from the properties, then browse to the path you want it.   
   Your whole "documents and settings" except the "local settings" (hidden)   
   will be moved.   
   Beware: if you have a policy that enforces the "G:" path your change wiill   
   not stick, but  your files stay where you moved them.
