XPost: alt.os.windows-xp, alt-windows-xp       From: nospam@azbusinessparners.com              Have tried a lower MTU. The NIC is integrated in the MB, and I do not       think it is the problem since the error I am getting is "TCP WINDOW       ZERO" and the download does work in safe mode. Problem does not occur on       other computers on the same router. Bandwidth tests pass OK              Have tried turning off all the startup programs, firewall, AV, no luck.       If I pause an Itunes download, wait 5-10 seconds, and restart, the       download will continue. Same thing with streaming video. Seems as if the       OS is not unloading the TCP buffers fast enough for the link. RWIN is       set to 19K, 50 receive buffers allocated.              Walter Mautner wrote:       > ref21421 wrote:       >       >> Having a problem with ALL downloads started on my XP desktop hanging       >> after about .5meg has been received.
