   Hi to you all! Some time ago Roxio photosuite 5 was installed on this   
   computer, I think as part of a scanner installation. The scanner was   
   given away and Roxy removed (hopefully uninstalled)   
      
   We have been using a card producing program "Print Artist "   
   occasionally for about three years.   
      
   Now, when PA is started, Windows installer pops up with the please   
   wait while Win configures Roxio message, but cannot do so.   
      
   I can find no trace of Roxio on the computer at all and no sign of   
   Roxio in the PA help file. The programme does not call for or attempt   
   to install Roxio during the installation of the 7 CDs.   
      
   Recently the boot drive was cloned to a new hard drive, unfortunately   
   I do not know if this problem was evident just prior to the cloning or   
   a result of the cloning.   
      
   The installer is persistant and needs two or three attempts to cancel.   
   then PA operates perfectly. The final installer screen states that   
   installer is looking for Roxio PhotoSuite 5.msi. The prog was   
   operating on my childs computer without printer, scanner or Roxio ever   
   being installed. I checked the file associations as maybe PA suffixes   
   were the same as Roxio, but Roxio was not associated with any.   
      
   PA has been uninstalled and reinstalled twice from the original CDs.   
      
   Except for this glitch the cloning and current operation was flawless.   
      
   Any advise as to solving this problem, as I'm certainly no computer   
   whizz....Thanks in advance.
