|    How to get rid of annoying warning messa    |
|    06 Oct 07 09:03:54    |
From: bluecat22@go.com              I recently installed a Windows XP upgrade on my computer. However, when I       run a legacy DOS program, I get this message:              C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1Desktop\PROGRA~1\(filename).pif       An application has attempted to directly access the hard disk, which cannot       be supported. This may cause tha application to function incorrectly. Choose       'Close' to terminate the application. Close Ignore              When I choose 'Ignore', the application works with no problems. How can I       suppress the warning message?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
