   Google for "offlne nt password reset|change" if the "system password" is   
   just a nt/2k/xp admin password. Won't work for Vista, as I know.   
   If the "system password" refers to a bios password, well you may have to   
   open the case and remove the cmos battery for a while, and/or set a jumper   
   according to the mainboard manual.
