   Google - Right Click Delay   
      
   I have it too.  But mostly when my PC needs a reboot, anyway.  Or, when the   
   PC is first started, any menu has a delay.   
      
   Also when gathering the properites of a large goup of files, it takes a   
   minute before it displays.  I found to use the Alt+f keys displays it   
   faster.  And the larger the file size, the longer it takes.
