I have no problem doing a format and I plan on doing so this weekend if I
   can't get this problem resolved.
The only thing I can open is Outlook Express and stand alone programs so I
figured when I fdisked and reinstalled the MBR which changed the main and
only drive from C:(F:) to C:(C:) all loaded programs and most of winxp is
   still looking for C:(F:).
I'm sure there must be way to get everything to find the path to C:(C:) but
   at the moment I'm stumped.
