   How do I go about changing the action taken when I double click on something?   
      
   Specifically, when I double click on a RAR file it opens the file and shows   
   me the contents. That's all well and good, but 9 times out of 10 is what I am   
   looking to do is "Extract Here." Currently I have to right click on the file   
   and select that option from the menu. I'd like the Extract Here to be the   
   default action and "Open" to be available only when right clicking.
