   I use Universal Extractor; it can be set up to be on the R-click context   
   menu as: Extract to..., Ectract Here, Extract to Subdir. For the last   
   option it creates a new directory within the same one as you've put the   
   RAR.   
   It'll handle almost all compressed archives and is one of the most useful   
   utilities I've ever found.
