   I use XP and I'm set about as manual as it gets (all I receive are notices   
   that a download is available - it won't download until I give it permission),   
   and I haven't received any notification of an update to WGA in a year or   
   more.   
      
   What I do get each time is an update to Malicious Software Removal Tool, but   
   not WGA.
