   I presume it's: exception privileged instruction...   
      
   This can happen when closing a program that was written in Visual Basic   
   (and possibly other languages). The first thing I would suspect is that a   
   program you installed (or started using) two days ago is at fault.   
      
   If you're not running anything new, try closing all windows before shutting   
   down and see if you get the error while closing a window.   
      
   If you don't, try "Exit"ing the icons in the system tray to see if they   
   cause an error when closed.   
      
   If you've closed all Windows and all system tray items that you can and   
   still haven't gotten the error, try shutting down the computer to see if   
   you still get the error. You probably won't.   
      
   Once you've identified the offending program, you can decide how important   
   that program is to you. If you can live without it - do so. If you can't,   
   seek technical support from the software maker.

   If it really IS saying "Inception privilege instruction" the first thing   
   that comes to mind is some type of malware (virus, trojan, whatever). The   
   authors of malware are notorious for misspellings.
