Every thing was fine until I used a disk cleaner to clean some junk off   
   my disk.  Now I cannot load any of my jpg or gif files. I can't load   
   *any* pic files. I just found this out when I tried working on my  web   
   page.   
      
   I do have the the files types properly associated in TOOLS | FOLDER   
   OPTIONS | FILE TYPES.   
      
   The message I get from Windows XP SP 3 when clicking on pic file is:   
      
   "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.  You may not   
   have the appropriate permission to access the item."   
      
   I have always had Administrator rights, and still do.   
      
   Duh?
