   I've given this question more thought... and depending on exactly what you   
   meant by "clicked", there may not be any way to stop it.   
      
   If by "clicked" you mean that the program is run if all you do is hover, then   
   my previous answer concerning the mouse driver customization is the first   
   place I'd look.   
      
   If by "clicked" you mean "highlighted", then no - there is no way that I am   
   aware of to stop that.
