   I have been using the free version of SyncBack for for a couple of years   
   now to keep the files on my laptop and desktop synchronized.  You can   
   back up when ever you want to or set it up on a schedule.  It will   
   either back up or synchronize files between two directories or disk.   
      
   I have one minor problem in that when it shows the files that will be   
   sync'ed it list the file name as /dir1/dir2/"file Name".  This is not a   
   problem in most cases, but when I move files in a "fit" of organization   
   it would be nice to have the files to presented  as   
   "file Name"  /dir1/dir2/   
      
   I have recommended it to other people and they also find it a great program.
