|    Windows XP on two drives, keeps booting     |

From: ged.bee@REMOVEvirgin.net              Hi,              I had some problems with my original system drive, I removed the drive and       fitted a new SATA drive and installed Windows XP on it. I re fitted the old       drive, (which still has XP on it) now the computer keeps on booting from the       old drive. Is there any way I can get the PC to boot only from the new       drive? I want to keep the old drive as there is a lot of information I need       on it. Is it safe for me to delete/format the old drives system partition?       Will this stop the PC from booting from the old drive?              Thanks              Gerald              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
