   I have an application which checks my emails for spam etc. prior to   
   Outlook 2007 downloading it. The spam filter runs and it is then set up   
   to load Outlook, the problem is that it loads a second, third, forth   
   and so on copy of Outlook - whereas I only need one copy of it.   
      
   I can alter the command line which loads Outlook - is there some   
   adjustment I can make to it which will force it to only load Outlook if   
   not already loaded, or bring it to the fore if already loaded?
